Fresno Awarded AeroMexico Station of the Year

 

FSS is very proud to report that AeroMexico has named our Fresno (FAT) station the "Station of the Year" award for 2021.The award, based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators, operational metrics, customer surveys, and of course safety) was presented to our team on May 19th, 2021, in a special event at the Fresno Airport. FSS provides full ground handling for AeroMexico in Fresno, CA. Our team received an overall metric rating of 4.8 for the entire year out of a possible perfect score of 5.0. Sun Country Startup in SAT

 

				FSS welcomes back Sun Country Airlines to San Antonio (SAT) beginning scheduled service on Friday the 20th of May. FSS is proud to be providing full handling services for Sun Country in SAT. Congratulations to Zach Jackson (Regional Manager), Robert Garrity (General Manager), and to their entire team for a successful start. Well done SAT team!

JetBlue Returns to PWM

 

				JetBlue returns to Portland, ME (PWM) beginning service on Friday May 20, 2022. FSS is proud to provide full handling services for JetBlue in PWM. Volaris Startup in ORD

 

				FSS would like to congratulate our Chicago O'Hare(ORD) team on a successful Volaris launch this week. We are proud of our entire ORD team, especially Ops Manager Jacqueline Gibson and General Manager Hugh Dennis. Thank you for all of your hard work making this a successful launch.

FSS Welcomes British Airways to MSY

 

Flight Services & Systems (FSS) is thrilled to welcome British Airways to our Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) station. British Airways is the only airline offering direct flights from the UK to New Orleans and we are proud to be their partner at MSY.

Niobi Calzado Awarded the Yellow Rose of Texas

 

    FSS San Antonio International Airport employee Niobi Calzado was awarded the Yellow Rose of Texas Award. The coveted award, given only through the office of the Governor, recognizes women for their significant contributions to their communities and to Texas in the preservation of our history, the accomplishments of our present, and the building of the future.

    Well done Niobi, we are super proud of you!

Gerlard Montez Celebrates 11 Years with FSS
