Flight Services and Systems (FSS) proudly presented WOW! Awards to Doniel Miller, Alberto Vasquez, and Brian Carothers of San Antonio International Airport (SAT). During a Volaris flight, our team verified a TSA inspector’s badge, found a planted security test object, and correctly answered several security-based questions. General Manager Zach Jackson and the rest of FSS is extremely proud of this ramp team. Congratulations, Doniel, Alberto, and Brian, and way to set the example!

Jacqueline Gibson
ORD Operations Manager

Jacqueline Gibson (ORD)

Before joining the FSS team, Jacqueline worked at DNata and Swissport at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) where she worked on the ramp unloading aircrafts. She was instrumental during the startup up of Viva Aerobus, FFS’s first ground handling operation at ORD. Since joining FSS, General Manager Jimmy Dillard has been impressed with Jacqueline’s leadership and coaching abilities and is excited to see Jacqueline grow into the Operations Manager position. David Sifuentes

General Manager Rhett Williams of Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) recently promoted David Sifuentes to Operations Manager. David has a long aviation history having worked with Allegiant Air and American Airlines on the above and below wing operations. He started with FSS in 2012 on the ramp. David worked his way up the ladder as a lead, supervisor, and finally safety coordinator. With his first-hand knowledge of the FAT operation, Rhett, along with the rest of the FSS team, are looking forward to David developing into his new role. Congratulations, David!








Cynthia O'Brien

Cynthia O’Brien (HTS)

Cynthia O’Brien has taken over as Operations Manager of our Huntington Tri-State Airport (HTS) location. Cynthia has been with FSS for several years and is well respected by her employees. Her leadership and aviation industry knowledge will be a great asset not only to our HTS crew but for American Airlines as well. We are thrilled about Cynthia’s development and growth as Operations Manager. Congratulations, Cynthia!


HTS Welcomes Back American Airlines

Welcome back to HTS, American Airlines!

On January 5th, 2021, the Huntington Tri-State Airport (HTS) crew was excited to welcome back American Airlines. Operations had ceased a few months prior due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the leadership and guidance of Vice President of Operations George Nikolouzos and newly appointed Operations Manager Cynthia O’Brien, the restart went as smoothly as can be. A few days prior, our crew took refresher courses to make sure that they were ready for this restart. From everyone at corporate, awesome job HTS team and welcome back to Huntington, West Virginia, American Airlines!

January's Employee Spotlight: Jacqueline Gibson

Flight Services & Systems (FSS), along with General Manager Jimmy Dillard, would like to make Jacqueline Gibson our employee spotlight for January. Jacqueline is our ramp supervisor at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Before, during, and after the Viva Aerobus startup, Jacqueline has been instrumental in the operation. Under Jimmy’s guidance, Jacqueline has been able to lead her team and make our first ground handling operation at ORD a successful one. Thank you, Jacqueline, for all of your hard work and continued leadership.

Tim White
CHS General Manager
Flight Services & Systems (FSS) like to welcome back Tim White. Tim is our new General Manager at Charleston International Airport (CHS). He previously worked for FSS at CHS as the Operations Manager from July 2012 to February 2019. He worked closely with now Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) General Manager Sherrie Erwin. While with FSS, Tim supervised mobility assistance agents, baggage handling, SkyCaps, and private charter screening. He also aided Sherrie with weekly reports, payroll, and training as well as compliance with our airline partners. Tim studied at the College of Charleston with a focus on International Business and is a proud member of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity. Welcome back, Tim!













Kelsey Miller
Payroll Coordinator
We would also like to welcome Kelsey Miller to the team. Kelsey is our new Payroll Coordinator. Before coming to FSS, Kelsey was a U.S. Payroll Administrator where she managed payroll for 1,500+ employees, created and tracked labor reports for the accounting and operation departments. Kelsey has her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from Cuyahoga Community College. Welcome aboard, Kelsey!
