FSS Would like to recognize one of our San Antonio International Airport ramp agents, Michael Sloan. Michael's check of the daily flights, 4 hours before the start of his shift, caught an uncancelled flight with enough time to get the entire FSS team in before their shift start time. Thanks to Michael's due diligence, our SAT Team was able to handle a previously cancelled flight from one of our customers on time, and have our station fully staffed 2 hours before our team's start time. On top of Michael's exceptional act of catching this uncancelled flight, we are proud to announce that he will be competing in the National Special Olympics for Golf, in Orlando, later this year in June. Way to go Michael! FSS could not be more proud of Michael Sloan. |
