Flight Services & Systems (FSS) was excited to welcome VivaAerobús
to our Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) station. The first flight was
on November 15th and according to General Manager Anna Graca, the
flight couldn’t have gone smoother. Leading up to the startup, FSS spent a few
weeks hiring and training our new employees to ensure things would go off without
a hitch. Congratulations to our ORD team and welcome to Chicago, VivaAerobús!

We also welcomed back Frontier Airlines to our Portland International
Jetport location. Flights with Frontier were halted due to COVID-19. Since this
was a restart to the operation, we already had people in place and ready to go.
According to General Manager Kristean Jacobs, the November 19th restart
went as anticipated. Fantastic job by our PWM crew and welcome back to
Portland, Frontier!
