January's Employee Spotlight: Jacqueline Gibson

Flight Services & Systems (FSS), along with General Manager Jimmy Dillard, would like to make Jacqueline Gibson our employee spotlight for January. Jacqueline is our ramp supervisor at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Before, during, and after the Viva Aerobus startup, Jacqueline has been instrumental in the operation. Under Jimmy’s guidance, Jacqueline has been able to lead her team and make our first ground handling operation at ORD a successful one. Thank you, Jacqueline, for all of your hard work and continued leadership.
