Flight Services & Systems (FSS) would like to recognize the crew at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). Led by General Manager Evian Medrano, our team successfully passed a recent TSA inspection on a Sun Country Airlines flight.
During the inspection, TSA tried to breach the aircraft
through the ramp as well as tried to access the bagroom. In both attempts, the
agent was stopped by a member of the FSS staff. During the debrief, our team
received praised and was noted as being passionate about their jobs and how
well they answered safety questions.
