				    FSS would like to celebrate our all female ramp team at Palm Beach International Airport(PBI). We're proud and fortunate to have such great team members. Here's an action shot of our PBI Team pushing out a Frontier Airbus recently. Keep up the amazing work!

Exceptional Recognition for Michael Sloan

FSS Would like to recognize one of our San Antonio International Airport ramp agents, Michael Sloan. Michael's check of the daily flights, 4 hours before the start of his shift, caught an uncancelled flight with enough time to get the entire FSS team in before their shift start time. Thanks to Michael's due diligence, our SAT Team was able to handle a previously cancelled flight from one of our customers on time, and have our station fully staffed 2 hours before our team's start time. On top of Michael's exceptional act of catching this uncancelled flight, we are proud to announce that he will be competing in the National Special Olympics for Golf, in Orlando, later this year in June. Way to go Michael! FSS could not be more proud of Michael Sloan.

Olivia comes to FSS with a vast experience level, and we are training and developing her for Supervisory responsibilities, and she is off to a great start. Meet Skycap Beatrice Jose, mobility assistance agent for FSS in West Palm Beach (PBI)!

Beatrice does a fantastic job for FSS in PBI. Her support and utilization of the company's eStaff tracking program for traveling passengers needing assistance is spot on.

Beatrice also displays excellent customer service skills at PBI. She is a great addition to the FSS team, and we are thrilled to have her on board. Thanks Beatrice!
