As our Volaris contract in ORD begins, Jacqueline brings vast experience in ground handling to our ORD station as our new Operations Manager. She is a strong leader with a great work ethic. Previously, Matt was our Training Manager, and we are thrilled to promote him to VP. FSS takes training seriously, and Matt is a huge asset in now leading our training department. FSS Promotes From Within

 

Flight Services & Systems (FSS) would like to announce promotions from within our San Antonio station. Our SAT GM, Zach Jackson, has been promoted to Regional Manager, covering multiple locations. Zach started out as a ramp agent over 4 years ago, and has now worked his way up to Regional Manager. Way to go Zach!

Kristofer Fletcher has been promoted to Operations Manager from Ramp Supervisor. And Robert Garrity, previously our Operations Manager, has been promoted to our SAT General Manager position. Keep up the great work guys!
